【国旗下讲话】全力以赴，备战期中 Go all out and prepare for the mid-term

老师们、同学们:

上午好!今天我国旗下演讲的题目是“全力以赴，备战期中”。从这个星期开始，我们就要进入本学期期中考试模式了，要有好成绩，就必须拥有好的学习方法及策略，为了督促同学们进行复习迎考，在此，我向全体同学们提出几点建议:

Dear Teachers and students:

Good morning!The topic of my speech today is “Go all out, Prepare for the mid-term.” From this week, we will enter the mid-term examination mode of this semester, to have good results, we must have good learning methods and strategies, in order to urge the students to review the examination, here, I put forward some suggestions to all the students:

孔子云。”温故而知新，可以为师矣”就是告诉我们学习要重视复习，在复习的过程中会发现以往不会的题目，会遇到之前没有解决的问题。既然发现了，就要第一时间去把问题解决掉。不要不好意思开口去问，不要因为觉得这是一个很久之前的题目就不去问。学习就是要把不会的弄懂，把不会的学会了，你的成绩就会提高。

Confucius said,” Review the past and learn new, can be a teacher “is to tell us to learn to pay attention to review, in the process of review, we will find the problems we can’t solve in the past, or the unsolved problems. Now that you have found it, you have to solve the problem as soon as possible. Don’t be shy about asking, don’t stop asking just because you think it’s a question from a long time ago. Learning is to understand what you couldn’t solve, if you can solve well, your grades will improve.

我们不能够预知未来，我们也就不能够预知这份试卷是困难还是容易，我们更不能够预知这次考试的成绩。因此，每当我们踏进考场的时候，我们总会觉得还没有全完复习好，考试既是知识的检测，又是意志的磨炼，要对自己充满信心。你和其他同学都是同样的时间学习和复习，你难别人也难，你容易别人也容易，关键是谁能够沉住气，专心致志答题。

We can not predict the future, we can not predict the paper is difficult or easy, we can not predict the results of the exam. Therefore, whenever we step into the examination room, we will always feel that there is no complete review, the examination is not only the test of knowledge, but also the exercise of the will, to be confident in themselves. You and other students are the same time to study and review, you feel it difficult , others also feel it difficult, you feel it easy, others also feel it easy, the key is who can calm down, and concentrate on answering questions.

一份试卷的题目从难度上可以分为几部分，基础题，中等难度和高难度的题目。当我们走进考场时，我们的目标不再是把每个题目做出来，而是在有限的考试时间内把你会做的题目做对。几乎每次考试中都有这样的情况出现，就是平时解题能力比较好的同学考出来的成绩比不上平时解题能力一般的同学。仔细分析他们的试卷，基本上就是这种情况，那个解题能力好的同学在考试时总是想着要把那几个高难度的题目做出来，而忽视了基础题。结果在基础题中出现了许多错误，丢失了很多分数。而那些高难度的题目花了不少时间，却没有做对。那个解题能力一般的同学踏踏实实，把基础题都做对了，最终获得了比较好的分数。

The questions of a test paper can be divided into several parts from the difficulty: basic questions, medium-difficulty questions and high-difficulty questions. When we walk into the exam room, the goal is no longer to work out every question, but to get get what you know right in the limited exam time. Almost every exam has such a situation, that is, the students who usually have better ability to solve problems can not compare with the ordinary students who have the ability to solve problems. After careful analysis of their papers, it was basically the case that the student with good problem-solving ability always wanted to work out the difficult questions in the exam, but ignored the basic questions. As a result, many mistakes were made in the basic questions and scores were lost. And the difficult questions took a lot of time, but didn’t get it right. The student who had the average ability to solve problems did all the basic questions correctly and got a good score in the end.

在此，郑重提醒各位同学，在考试中要合理分配时间，确保基础题的准确率，然后有时间再做难度较高的题目。

Here, I solemnly remind all students to allocate their time reasonably in the examination to ensure the accuracy of the basic questions, and then have time to do more difficult questions.

考试是对于我们一次综合素质的考验，其中包括我们每一个人的品德。每一位同学对考试的纪律都很清楚明白，考试是严肃的，来不得半点弄虚作假，考试作整是自欺欺人的做法，不仅不能弥补自己学习上的漏洞，而且会让自己诚实的品质大打折扣。

The examination is a comprehensive quality test for us, including the moral character of each of us. Every student is very clear on the discipline of the examination, the examination is serious, there is no room for any deception. It is a self-deception to make up the whole exam, not only can not make up for their learning loopholes, and will let their honest quality at a discount.

希望同学们认真对待考试，严格道守考试纪律，同学们，所有的付出都会有结果;所有的汗水都不会白流;所有的努力，都会有收获。让我们在考试中证明自己的努力，证明自己进步，证明自己的智慧!有志者，事竟成。

I hope the students take the exam seriously, strictly observe the exam discipline.
