国旗下讲话 | 第11周：信念与理想，生活的希望

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家上午好！今天，我们演讲的题目是《信念与理想，生活的希望》！“当一个人感觉到有高飞的冲动时，他将再也不会满足于在地上爬。”著名女作家海伦·凯勒，她曾经说过这样一句话。她的一生是不幸的，然而，她却在不幸中创造了生命的奇迹。
Dear leaders, teachers, and dear classmates，
Good morning everyone!Today, the title of my speech is “Belief and Ideal, the hope of life!””When a person feels the impulse to fly high, he will never be satisfied with climbing on the ground.” Helen Keller, a famous female writer, once said that her life was an unfortunate life, but she created a miracle of life in the misfortune.

海伦·凯勒是一位聋哑女子，但是上天给了她智慧，她自己也拥有理想与信念。她生活在无声无语的世界里，但是却毕业于哈佛大学；她身残志不残，用自己生命的全部力量奔走呼告，建起了一家家慈善机构，为残疾人造福，她被评选为20世纪美国十大英雄偶像。
Helen Keller is a deaf mute woman, but God has given her wisdom, and she also has ideals and beliefs. She lives in a silent world, but she graduated from Harvard University. She is physically disabled and mentally disabled, and with all her life’s strength, she runs and advocates to build charitable organizations for the benefit of people with disabilities. She has been selected as one of the top ten American heroes and idols of the 20th century.

从某种意义上说，人不是活在物质世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想与信念之中。对于人的生命而言，要生活下去，只需要每餐一碗饭，一杯水就可以了，但是怎样才能活得有滋有味呢？那就是靠精神，在精神世界里，必须要有远大的理想和坚定的信念。理想和信念像熊熊燃烧的烈火使她才走出黑暗，走出死寂，理想和信念像巨大的羽翼，帮助她飞上云天。理想信念使贫困的人变成富翁，使黑暗中的人看见光明，使绝境中的人看到希望，使梦想变成现实。
In a sense, people do not live in the material world, but in the spiritual world, living in ideals and beliefs. For human life, to survive, only a bowl of rice and a glass of water are needed for each meal. But how can we live a delicious life? That is to rely on the spirit. In the spiritual world, one must have lofty ideals and firm beliefs. Ideals and beliefs, like raging flames, brought her out of darkness and stillness. Ideals and beliefs, like huge wings, helped her soar into the clouds. Ideals and beliefs turn poor people into millionaires, make people in the dark see light, make people in desperate situations see hope, and make dreams come true.

接下来，我想给大家讲述一个故事：下雨过后，一只蜘蛛艰难地向墙上已经支离破碎的网爬去，由于墙壁潮湿，它爬到一定的高度，就会掉下来，但是它没有放弃，而是一次次地向上爬，一次次地又掉下来……
Next, I would like to tell you a story : After the rain, a spider struggled to crawl towards the already fragmented web on the wall. Due to the dampness of the wall, it climbed to a certain height and would fall off. However, it did not give up, but instead climbed up and down again and again.

这时，第一个人看到了，他叹了一口气，自言自语：“我的一生不正如这只蜘蛛吗？忙忙碌碌而无所得。”于是，他日渐消沉，终不得志。
At this moment, the first person saw it and sighed. He said to himself, “Isn’t my life like this spider? I’m too busy to get anything.” As a result, he became increasingly depressed and ultimately frustrated.

第二个人看到了，他说：“这只蜘蛛真愚蠢，为什么不从旁边干燥的地方绕一下爬上去？我以后可不能像它那样愚蠢。”于是，他在日后的生活中，总是投机取巧，最终聪明反被聪明误，耽误了自己的一生。
The second person saw it and said, ‘This spider is really stupid. Why don’t you climb around the dry place next to it?’? I can’t be as foolish as it in the future. So, in his future life, he always took shortcuts, and in the end, his intelligence was deceived by it, which also delayed his life.

第三个人看到了，他立刻被蜘蛛屡败屡战的精神感动了。于是，他变得坚强起来，这个人是谁？大家知道吗？他就是众所周知的拿破仑啊。
The third person saw it and was immediately moved by the spirit of the spider’s repeated failures and battles. So, he became stronger. Who is this person? Do you know? He is known as Napoleon.

同学们，我们要学习上面故事中的哪个人？毫无疑问，当然要学习拿破仑，学习他百折不挠，坚强不屈的精神。不管你现在的成绩怎么样，不管你现在的基础怎么样，只要坚定信念，超越自我，你就有了努力的方向，你就有了奋斗的目标，你就有了生活的动力，那么，成功将会一天天与你靠近！
Classmates, we need to learn from which of the three above people, without a doubt. Of course, we need to learn from Napoleon, his perseverance and unyielding spirit. No matter what your current grades are, no matter what your foundation is, as long as you firmly believe and surpass yourself, you have a direction to strive for, a goal to strive for, and the motivation to live.
