【国旗下讲话】弘扬雷锋精神，争做阳光少年
每年的3月5日是学雷锋纪念日。1963年3月5日，毛主席为沈阳部队某部因公牺牲的英雄战士雷锋的题词“向雷锋同志学习”在《人民日报》发表。此后，全国广泛开展学习雷锋的活动，“雷锋精神”也随着时代的发展更加闪亮和丰富。那么，新时代的“雷锋精神”是什么？我们又将如何践行“雷锋精神”呢？来自嘉洋双语部两位同学的演讲“弘扬雷锋精神，争做阳光少年”向我们阐释了新时代“雷锋精神”的新内涵以及中小学生应该如何发扬和传承“雷锋精神”。
敬爱的老师、同学们：
早上好！今天我演讲的题目是《弘扬雷锋精神，争做阳光少年》。
Dear teachers and students,Good morning! The topic of my speech today is “Carry forward the Spirit of Lei Feng, strive to be the Sunshine youth”.
阳春三月，除了荡漾在身边的春意，也有一个人，恰似春天一般吹开人们的心扉，吹化人与人之间的冰雪，他，就是人民的好战士——雷锋。
In March, in addition to rippling in the side of the spring, there is also a person, just like spring blowing people’s hearts, blowing ice and snow between people, he is the people’s good soldier – Lei Feng.
有多少人能像雷锋一样，永远的那么富有爱心，永远的那么真诚善良？记得一个美国商人如此说道：雷锋精神是人类应该有的，应把雷锋精神弘扬到全世界。要学习雷锋对待事业的态度，学习雷锋刻苦学习的钉子精神，学习雷锋关心人、爱护人、支持人、理解人的品质。
How many people can like Lei Feng, always so full of love, always so sincere and good, remember an American businessman said: Lei Feng spirit is human should have, should carry forward the Spirit of Lei Feng to the world. To learn lei Feng attitude towards the cause, learn Lei Feng hard to learn the spirit of nails, learn Lei Feng care for people, love people, support people, understand people’s quality.
讲到这里，也许有的同学可能要问：我们现在还小，是个学生，我们又能做什么呢?下面我讲的场面大家一定不会陌生吧——公交车上为老人让座；同学生病时你为他(她)端水、送药；下雨天你把手中的伞伸向淋雨的同学；在放学路上，见到小朋友摔倒，你上前扶一把；看到垃圾桶旁有纸屑，你顺手拣起扔进垃圾桶……这样的例子举不胜举，我们的身边有这么多的雷锋。

Below I speak of you must be not strange, for the old man his seat on a bus, students get sick you carry water for him (her), take medicine, rainy days the classmate of umbrella in your hand to get wet in the rain, on the way from school, see children fall down, you come forward to give a hand, see the trash can next to the paper scraps, conveniently pick you throw into the trash can… Such examples are endless, we have around how many Lei Feng.
在生活中，我们需要雷锋精神，只有我们自己发扬助人为乐的精神，与人为善，我们才能得到别人的帮助和尊敬，才能在互动的真诚中感到真正的快乐。一个时刻只看到自己利益的人是很难体会到生活中的快乐的，真正的快乐只有一种，那就是为他人而付出，这样做你将获得生命最高的荣誉。
In life, we need the spirit of Lei Feng, only our own carry forward the spirit of helping others, good to others, we can get the help and respect of others, in order to feel real happiness in the sincerity of interaction. A moment only see their own interests of the people is difficult to experience the happiness of life, real happiness is only one kind, that is to pay for others, so you will get the highest honor in life.
青年是祖国的未来和希望。祖国的发展需要我们，而我们的发展需要雷锋精神。最后我想用一句歌词来结束我今天的演讲：只要人人都献出一点爱，世界将变成美好的人间!
